Robert Freimark Quartet

Robert Freimark’s Jazz Quartet @robertfreimark in concert, at Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church, Cold Spring. May 9th, 2026. María Kilensnik @mariakolesnik__ on drums, Gabriel Balado @gabo.balado on bass, and Carter Stein @cartermstein on saxophone. Note from the program: “A dynamic jazz quartet from the William Paterson University jazz program, performing a mix of standards and original composition”. Fantastic concert delivered by these very young and talented musicians! I know Robert since he was a young kid, and I remember him delivering an incredible piano improvisation at early age, probably around twelve years old, and I was blown away! He is a multi instrumentalist and if you hear him playing some of the winds instruments he plays you would never know that piano is actually his main thing. Enjoy the album!
